Software Developer

We have an opportunity available for a Software Developer. This individual will work as an integral member of an Agile Development team to design, implement, and debug software as specified. This individual will be expected to develop smaller features alone as well as contribute to the joint development of larger features as necessary. This individual will be responsible for implementing sound design principles to construct maintainable and efficient code.

Candidates should have:

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years previous software development experience building GUI applications for the desktop or for the web
• 2-4 years of object-oriented design and programming experience
• Strong knowledge of C++, Java, or other object-oriented language (Flex knowledge a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile Development with Scrum teams highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively, in an open, team-focused environment
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
