Donald Helfgott
CEO and Co-founder

Donald Helfgott is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Inspiration Software, Inc. He leads the company’s long-term direction and, as Chief Technology Officer, directly oversees product research and development. Helfgott has more than 30 years of experience leading the creation and development of commercial software products. Helfgott majored in mathematics at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. In 2007, he received a Degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D) Honoris Causa from the Oregon-based National College of Natural Medicine.

Mona Westhaver
President and Co-founder

Mona Westhaver, President and Co-founder of Inspiration Software, Inc., leads the direction and focus of the company. She has more than 30 years’ experience running businesses, product development and marketing, strategic planning and corporate management.

Prior to launching Inspiration Software, Inc., Westhaver held a senior management position at Automatic Data Processing, Dealer Services Division. Westhaver holds a master of science degree in whole systems design with an emphasis in organizational development from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in interdisciplinary studies. She is a board member of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Education Division, Thomas Edison High School and the Software Association of Oregon (SAO).

Mark Oronzio
Senior Vice President - Sales

Mark Oronzio is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Inspiration Software, Inc. He has more than 12 years of experience working with educators worldwide, and has played a key role in the momentum behind the widespread adoption of the company’s visual learning software. Oronzio previously held senior sales positions in computer retail, VAR and distribution companies. He was also a member of the original team at Computer Business Systems, a pioneer in personal computing retail stores. Oronzio holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University.

Richard Stone
Vice President of Operations

Richard Stone is the Vice President of Operations for Inspiration Software, Inc. He has more than 18 years of experience working in the software industry, with a primary focus on quality assurance, automated testing, IT and operations. Stone worked previously at accounting software companies, including Hyperion Software and Platinum Software. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a masters degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Andrea Sutherland
VP of Marketing and Education Development

Andrea Sutherland has over 20 years of teaching, training and education management experience, and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Prior to joining Inspiration Software, Sutherland led Instructional Design and Training Departments for both LSI Logic and Intel Corporation. Sutherland received a bachelor of science degree in nutritional science from California Polytechnic State San Luis Obispo, and a master’s degree of education from California State University East Bay.
